About Us

Judy Horn is an award winning artist/photographer in Ocean Shores, Washington. She began her formal art training at the University of Washington and later studied at Weber State University in Odgen, Utah. It was in Utah in the mid-eighties, that she first combined her traditional painting skills with the use of technology. This unique process has been developed over many years.

Judy is a member of the Professional Photographers of America and has been awarded the degrees of Master of Electronic Imaging, Master Photographer, Master Craftsman and is a PPA Certified Photographer. She also holds the degree of Fellow Photographer from the Professional Photographers of Washington. Her images have appeared in National and International Exhibits and have earned multiple Fuji Masterpiece and Kodak Gallery Awards.

Ray Horn excels in technical and traditional photography having been behind a camera lens or in the dark room since he was thirteen years old. Ray likes to experiment with new techniques and processes. He too has won many awards for his outstanding work and has been awarded the Associate Fellow Photographer degree from the Professional Photographers of Washington.
